Working with clients and third parties we fit into any project team to prove initial operational function and reliability testing, through to final handover and signoff.
Project Management is a key element in running our business throughout the whole project life cycle, from the initial design through to final commissioning and testing.
To manage our projects we use SAGE Projects accounting software to manage every aspect of the business, including purchase ordering, invoicing, up to date project costing and financial reporting and management tools.
This allows PECS to keep close control on key project elements: labour, engineering and materials, vital information not only for our own benefit but also to the benefit of our clients so we can ensure projects are delivered on time and importantly on budget.
