Installation & Commissioning Services
We employ permanent, qualified personnel, with experience in getting the job done. We undertake industrial, commercial and domestic electrical installations.
We can offer the complete panel and electrical installation package ‘In House’, reducing the interface between different contractors, therefore saving project time and money.
Keeping up to date with the latest industry regulations and requirements, all personnel carry CSCS/JIB/ECS grading cards. We have operatives with the following certification:
- Registered Electricians
- First Aid.
- Electrical Contracts Management
- Confined space (low risk)
- EUSR Water Hygiene
- Tower access platforms.
- Abrasive wheels.
Commissioning
Commissioning is a fundamental element of any project, large or small. PECS undertake commission services through validation and verification to ensure the system or process meets the specification, output and expected performance.
Working with clients and third parties we fit into any project team to prove initial operational function and reliability testing, through to final handover and signoff.
Project Management
Project Management is a key element in running our business throughout the whole project life cycle, from the initial design through to final commissioning and testing.
To manage our projects we use SAGE Projects accounting software to manage every aspect of the business, including purchase ordering, invoicing, up to date project costing and financial reporting and management tools.
This allows PECS to keep close control on key project elements: labour, engineering and materials, vital information not only for our own benefit but also to the benefit of our clients so we can ensure projects are delivered on time and importantly on budget.
